市场化:工程硕士质量保证的基本策略

摘    要:本文论述了工程硕士教育市场化的概念及市场环境的变化,提出了在市场经济下,适应性是工程硕士质量的本质,技术创新是工程硕士质量的核心,宽争是工程硕士教育市场化的关键。指出竞争导致生源市场的倾向性,竞争造成了文凭事实上的不平等,以及在工程硕士培养的实践中,应重视质量的持续改进等。

Abstract:This paper discusses the changes in the market and the concept of marketing the education of postgraduates of engineering. It points out that attention must be paid to their ability to adapt themselves, to carry out innovations, and to brave challenges as these are the nature, the core, and the key of the quality of the education of postgraduates of engineering. It also reveals the side-effects brought by competition: a unitary market and inequality among different diplomats. As a result, the author calls for a constant promotion of qualities in the education of postgraduates of engineering.
