| 摘 要： | 资产证券化是以独立的特定资产为信用基础来发行证券。用于资产证券化的资产,主要是银行贷款、企业应收款等金钱债权。资产证券化正是这种金钱债权的证券化,进而物权化的过程,其目的在于使其流通更加安全便捷,以实现交易自由安全的法律理想。 |

| Abstract: | Asset securitization is issuing securities to capital market investors on the basis of special assets,such as loans,accounts and other income-producing assets.Asset securitization is first the securitization of these income-producing assets and then transferring into real rights,so as to transfer the assets more freely and safely. |
