如何对待传统逻辑与现代逻辑--兼谈逻辑学教学体系的构建

传统逻辑并非完全过时,"取代论"者之所以主张用数理逻辑代替传统逻辑,是由于他们将"传统"与"落后"相等同,"现代"与"先进"相混淆,从而将传统逻辑看作是"落后的"、"过时的"逻辑,现代逻辑被视为"先进的逻辑".尽管传统逻辑与现代逻辑在其研究的对象、内容、方法以及适用范围等方面有许多不同,但它们之间并非是完全对立的两极.传统逻辑与现代逻辑的某些内容是可以相容的.传统逻辑现代化的前提是保留传统逻辑,而不是取代传统逻辑.构建逻辑学教学体系要正确处理好传统与现代之间的关系,要相互吸收、借鉴、兼容,反对机械拼凑和生搬硬套,反对一刀切.要根据学科自身发展的规律和教学改革的需要,构建适合不同专业、不同知识背景、不同教学及授课方式的教学体系.

Traditional Logic and Modern Logic: A Concurrent Analysis of the Construction of Teaching System of Logic Course

Traditional logic is not antiquated. Erroneously equating "Traditional" with "lagging", confusing "modern" with "advanced", some people advocate replacing the traditional logic by mathematical logic. Although traditional logic and modern logic have some differences on the subject of study, contents, method and coverage, they do not totally conflict with each other, on the contrary they integrate with each other to some extend. The traditional logic could be modernized only if it is reserved. We should pay attention to the relationship between the "traditional" and the "modern" in establishing the teaching system of logic course, in addition establish different teaching systems according to the development of the courses and the demand of the reformation.
