| Abstract: | Constructing an innovative city is the fundamental changing of the economic development model, the profound social transformation, and an important strategic choice to support and lead a city’s development. This paper analyzes the ba- sic content of constructing an innovative city, the strategic significance of Nanning constructing an innovative city, the strategic dirction and comparative advantages, and raises some strategies to support Nanning to construct an innovative city with the scientific and technological innovation at the core. |
