| 摘 要： | 城市化进程中,失地农民权益流失现象十分普遍。从博弈论角度分析,征地博弈中农民所处的弱势地位是导致这一现状的根由。围绕提升农民在征地博弈中的主体性地位,推进农村土地立法的进程,完善现有的征地补偿制度,以及构建＂养老、医疗、再就业＂三位一体的社会保障机制是解决失地农民权益流失问题的关键所在。

| Abstract: | During the process of the urbanization in China, the effluent phenomenon of the land-lost farmers＇ rights and interests is extremely common. From the angle of the game theory, we find the fact that the farmers locate in the weak trend status is the origin which causes the present situation in the landlevying game. It is very crucial to solve the effluent problem of the land-lost farmers＇ rights and interests by giving impetus to the advancement of the land legislation in the countryside, perfecting the regime of the existing land-levying compensatory and constructing the social security mechanism of the trinity- retirement, medical service and re-employment around promoting the farmers＇ independent status in the land-levying game. |
