供给侧结构性改革背景下辽宁省钢铁行业去产能问题研究

供给侧结构性改革在近几次中央会议上被频繁提出,已成为经济领域的高频词汇。供给侧结构性改革的首要任务是去产能,而钢铁行业产能过剩已经成为摆在政府及钢铁企业面前的一个不可避免的重要问题。辽宁作为钢铁大省,受钢铁行业产能过剩影响颇深,去产能是辽宁的首要任务。应依靠供给侧结构性改革,加大新产品研发力度,淘汰落后产能,来化解钢铁产业面临的产能过剩问题,加快辽宁工业经济转型升级,振兴辽宁钢铁产业。

Research on reducing capacity of steel industry in Liaoning Province under background of supply side structural reform

The supply side structural reform is frequently raised in recent central conference, which has become a high frequency word in the economic field. The primary task of the supply side structural reform is to reduce the capacity and the overcapacity of the iron and steel industry which has become an important and inevitable problem in front of government as well as the iron and steel enterprises. Liaoning as a major province of iron and steel producer is affected deeply by overcapacity in the steel industry; the primary task of Liaoning is to reduce the capacity. The supply side structural reform should be relied on, the new product development should be increased, the backward production capacity should be eliminated, so as to resolve the problem of overcapacity in the steel industry, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy in Liaoning, promote the iron and steel industry in Liaoning.
