摘    要:针对一类生命周期服从负指数分布的易腐食品,提出供应链节点意外中断后替代节点的启用策略,在资源有限的约束条件下,构建多时段的混合整数规划模型,求解供应链替代节点的选择方案以及各层节点之间的应急调度量。利用ILOG CPLEX软件对问题进行求解,对比分析用户需求被不同程度满足时替代节点的启用方案及应急调度量,揭示用户需求被满足程度对供应链总成本及应急方案的影响。

Abstract:The type of perishable products with exponential distributed lifetimes is studied. The enabling strategies of substitute node are proposed when one node along the supply chain fails under urgent event. Under constrains of limited resources, the multi-period mixed integer programming model is built. The selection scheme of substitution node in supply chain and the emergency scheduling between different nodes are obtained. Using the ILOG CPLEX, the dispatch planning solution is obtained. The enabling solution and the emergency scheduling of substitute node are compared and analyzed when demand of consumers are satisfied at different levels. The effect of the degree of customer satisfaction on the total cost of supply chain and the emergency plan are drawn out.
