生态文明视角下我国环境危机成因分析

我国环境危机成因的复杂性,成为生态文明建设进程中环境治理路径选择的一个难点。准确界定我国环境危机成因中的主要因素,成为环境治理成败的前提。深入分析历史与现实,可以认定目前我国环境危机的成因主要包括近代列强入侵、全球产业链体系中的生态帝国主义行为、粗放型发展方式、社会主义初级阶段资本逻辑的存在四个方面。我国环境治理应从化解这四个环境危机成因入手,从全球环境新秩序的构建、资本逻辑和异化劳动的消除、生态生产力的培育、生态文化的创造方面来努力推进。

Analysis on causes of environmental crisis in China from perspective of ecological civilization

The complexity of causes of environmental crisis in China becomes a difficult point of path selection of environmental governance in the process of ecological civilization construction. The premise of successful environmental governance is to accurately definite the key factors of causes of environmental crisis in China. Through deep analysis on history and reality, it can be found that the causes of current environmental crisis in China include four aspects, namely, the imperialism invasion in modern times, the ecological imperialism behaviors in global industrial chain system, the extensive mode of development, and the existence of capital logic in primary stage of socialism. Therefore, the environmental governance in China should be started from resolving the four causes of environmental crisis, and be promoted from the aspects of the construction of new order of global environment, the elimination of capital logic and alienated labor, the cultivation of ecological productive forces, and the creation of ecological culture.
