社会工作在社会政策中的协同创新

社会工作传递社会政策,发送社会福利。当下社会矛盾较多、复杂多变,结构不断分化,单靠政府一己之力难以完成社会治理。理顺政府与社会工作的关系,形成良性的协同合作,是提高政府现代治理能力的大势所趋。从社会政策角度看,从政策的缘起到政策过程,社会工作都应与政府加强协商合作。社会工作主动介入到社会政策过程中,依赖于社会工作的职业化机制、衔接社会资源的网络机制,以及与志愿者的互动机制。
