| 摘 要： | “一带一路”战略的提出,为中国对外直接投资指明了方向。梳理对外直接投资主要理论和国内学者对“一带一路”战略下对外直接投资的相关研究及成果。研究我国对“一带一路”沿线国家直接投资现状,采用SWOT分析法对我国对外直接投资的优势、劣势以及机遇与挑战进行分析,并据此提出相关策略建议。

| Abstract: | The proposal of “One Belt, One Road” strategy has directed the orientation of Chinese outward foreign direct investment. The major theories of foreign direct investment and the related researches and achievements of domestic scholars on foreign direct investment are combed out under the strategy of “One Belt, One Road”. The status quo is studied about Chinese outward foreign direct investment to countries along “One Belt, One Road”. SWOT analysis method is applied to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chinese outward foreign direct investment. And relevant policy recommendations are brought forward according to the results. |
