论两宋监督机制的创新与废除奴婢制度的关系

中国封建社会＂律比畜产＂的奴婢制度,唯独消亡于封建历史的中间阶段——两宋。该创举达到中国封建法制史乃至世界中世纪法制史的巅峰。究其根本原因,是宋朝建立的上下、左右、纵横交错的监督网,行政、监察机构之间的多重权力制衡机制,包括皇帝在内,无人处于监督的真空。故下情上达,促使皇帝与士大夫阶层关心民瘼,上升为国家意志,奴婢恢复了人的本来面目。
