关于农业现代化与新农村建设的几点思考

加强“三农”工作,积极发展现代农业,扎实推进社会主义新农村建设,是全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是加快社会主义现代化建设的重大任务。2007年初,中共中央用1号文件印发了《中共中央国务院关于积极发展现代农业扎实推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见》,对2007年农业和农村工作做了全面部署,明确提出,建设现代农业是建设社会主义新农村的首要任务和重要基础。现代农业与新农村建设是一项系统工程和长期的任务,必须充分利用各种有利因素,积极采取有效措施,推动小城镇、乡镇企业、农业产业化三者互动发展,这是实现由传统农业向现代农业的转变,建设社会主义新农村的必然选择。

Some points to be noticed on agriculture modernization and new countryside construction

Strengthening the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,actively developing modern agriculture are the necessary demands to implement the scientific development view,construct socialist harmonious society,and it is the important task to speed up socialist modernization construction.In the early of 2007,CPC has assigned the work of agriculture,rural areas,which clarifies that constructing the modern agriculture is the first task and important foundation for the construction of socialist new countryside.Modern agriculture and new countryside construction is a systematical project and long-term task,which we must make full use of a variety of advantages,positively take efficient measures to push the interactive development among small-sized town,township enterprise and agricultural industrialization. That's the necessary selection to realize the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and construct socialist new countryside.
