| 摘 要： | 英国是世界上最早的法治国家之一，其法制建设成就的取得与英国的法律教育之发达是分不开的。在近代时期，以布莱克斯通的法律教育活动为开端，英国法律教育进行了一次重要的改革，并且取得了较大的成就，奠定了英国现代法律教育的基础。布莱克斯通和他的《英国法释义》也载入了英国法律发展史册。

| Abstract: | England is one of the earliest legal countries in the world. Its accomplishment in legal construction is closely related with its legal education. In modem times, beginning with Blackstone＇ s activities on legal educational, England has reformed its legal education and made great progress. The reformation has made a base for the legal education in the 20th century. Blackstone and his great works are recorded in the English legal history. |
