| Abstract: | The succession relationship,adjusted by traditional Li national custom law,is not confined in property right,but includes in the granting and accepting of status right.Family property division,succession of younger children,precondition for supporting the elderly,etc.are systematic guarantee constituted by Li traditional society in their age-long course of survival and development for the need of survival and prosperity. |
