| 摘 要： | 目前我国的政务公开从整体上来说还处于起步阶段,国家至今还没有明确的法律和法规对政务公开作硬性规定。政务公开的推行与广大人民群众的要求和愿望相距甚远。因此,必须尽快制定并颁发《政务信息公开法》,推行和规范政务公开,保障人民的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Generally,there is no specific law to implement compulsory stipulation for the publicity of government affairs in our country because it lies in preliminary stage.Furthermore,the implementation of publicity of government affairs is far from the requirements and will of the people.We think that the implementation and regulation of publicity of government affairs have to be strengthened.Without the protection of the publicity law of government affairs,the job will lose its significance. |
