The Exploration of Labour Resources in Consdtruction Enterprisos |

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on how to improve the international competence of the construction industry as China has been a member of the World Trade Organization(WTO).This paper sums up the situation of imbalance of the staff and workers in the aspects of knowledge, professional and technological structures in the construction industry in China. Based on the current situation of the labour resources exploiting in the construction industry, this paper introduces the countermeasures to be taken in the light of education reform, labour training, funds input and labour market entrance permission , etc. |
