Some Ponderings on the Building up of WTO Dispute Settlement System for China——Starting from Brazil's Applicability

With the furtherance of participation into the dispute settlement mechanism of WTO and many disputes popping up,China ardently hopes to gain more experience and lessons from other countries and integrated with China’s practice to properly resolve conflicts.Brazil,as one of the most active developing countries in its use of WTO dispute settlement mechanism,through time-honoured practice has shaped its characteristically Brazilian and down-to-earth strategies and counter-measure system,which provides a real example for China to be benefited from and a sample to structure its system.
