| 摘 要： | 依靠现代信息科学技术 ,提高期刊编辑部工作效率 ,在及时快速处理稿件的同时不断减轻编辑人员的工作负荷 ,是期刊出版现代化的必然趋势。在对期刊编辑部实际管理工作需求分析的基础上 ,以Windows为平台 ,利用VisualFoxpro数据库管理语言 ,创建稿件管理、档案管理和财务管理等数据库 ,建立科研项目、作者、稿件、审稿人、期刊等库文件 ,编制具有检索、查询、计算等功能的数据库管理软件 ,以此实现期刊编辑部的管理自动化

| Abstract: | Modern information science and technology can be applied in editorial work to deal with contributions more quickly and reduce the heavy burden of editors so that the efficiency can be improved greatly.After describing the present situation and needs of editorial work in practical management,this paper suggests how to realize the automation of some editorial work through modern information science and technology. |
