| 摘 要： | 近年来,在线拍卖作为一种重要的电子商务模式在个人、企业、政府各个层面得到广泛应用,但是在线拍卖中欺诈现象的存在,在一定程度上阻碍了在线拍卖的进一步发展.在对国内外主要的在线拍卖欺诈防范机制比较研究的基础上,构建反馈评价系统的指标体系和二次评价系统,这对拍卖网站提高可信度、有效防范拍卖欺诈具有一定的现实意义.
