Preliminary Study on the System of Business Law and Credibility

The system of business law,with the transactions of business matters as its target of adjustment,should be closely linked with credit in order to ensure the success of these transactions.It is the basis of credibility,because the business law provides systematic basis for commercial subject to establish stable expectation about others and credibility about external facts;credibility is the core of this system because it reveals its key position in business organic law and business actor law.
