| 摘 要： | 为了发挥WTO争端解决机制对中外贸易摩擦的调节作用,在完全信息多次动态博弈模型下对资源出口限制之争进行了研究,并与传统的贸易救济摩擦进行对比。在此基础上提出中方在资源之争中的应对策略:第一,积极利用争端解决机制形成的缓冲空间夺回定价权;第二,加快开采冶炼行业的整合与升级;第三,研究WTO类似案件的判例、提高应诉水平,并同时出台更多不违反世贸规则的保护措施。

| Abstract: | WTO dispute settlement mechanism can adjust trade disputes.A dynamic game model is employed to study trade disputes over China’s natural resource export restriction under the dispute settlement mechanism.This new resource-related game is compared with traditional games of trade remedies.Coping strategies include: first,actively utilizing the buffer zone provided by dispute settlement mechanism to regain pricing power;second,accelerating the restructuring and upgrading of relevant domestic industries;third,researching WTO’s former rulings to help win possible lawsuits and introducing protective measures in line with WTO principles. |
