加入WTO与我国金融业的战略选择

为迎接加入WTO带来的挑战 ,我国金融业必须做好以下几方面的工作 :一、深化改革 ,提高我国金融业的竞争力 ,加快银行股份制改造 ,把银行办成“真正的商业银行” ;提高资本充足率 ;提高信贷资产质量 ;大力拓展中间业务。二、金融市场开放应循序渐进 ,分阶段有选择地进行 ,先金融经营后金融投资 ,先外币市场后本币市场。三、充分利用WTO规则 ,采取有效措施 ,减少国际金融业对我国金融业的冲击。

To face the challenge of acceding to WTO, it is essential for the finance industry of China to do such things: 1. Reform deeply to improve the competition of the finance industry of China, to accelerate to change the banks into stock banks so that they may be called "deep-dyed commercial banks", to enhance the rate of sufficient of the capital; to heighten the quality of the credit assets; to develop the middle operation vigorously. 2. Gradually and choicely disport the money market, first the finance management and then the finance invest, first the foreign currency and then the national currency. 3. We must take full advantage of the rules of WTO, and take efficiency measures to reduce the impact of international finance industries on the national finance industries.
