| 摘 要： | 随着党和政府将协商民主与选举(票决)民主并列作为我国重要的民主形式,中国政治发展必将加大协商民主实践的推进力度.探索中国协商民主的价值取向具有理论与实践上的必要.在中国协商民主模式的价值探索中,首先要继承中国传统文化的"和合之道",同时,要以和谐社会为其当代价值定位,使协商民主在国家与社会两个层面良性互动;既要以协商限制政府,又要以协商规制民意.
