| 摘 要： | 为适应时代发展的要求,高校工会工作必须以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,针对新情况、新问题,从工作内容、工作方式和工作环境上入手,在实际工作中切实发挥自身的教育引导职能,这样才能更好地做好高校教师的主要群体青年教师的思想政治工作,团结、带领广大青年教师为学校的建设和发展做出应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the demand of the development of the time, the work of college labor union must follow the guidance of "the three represents", facing the new situation and problem, and starting from the content, mode and surroundings of the work, it should perform its functions of education guidance, then the ideological and political of the youth teachers can be carried out in a more sound way, thus the numerous youth teachers may be led to do their due contribution for the building and development of the university. |
