| 摘 要： | 1949年是中国近现代历史上发生重大历史性转变与深远影响的年代。本文依据毛泽东的有关论述为指导,系统考察在这一年,国、共两党最高层基于当时的国内、国际形势,所分别制订的军事战略决策的主要内容与实施的过程、结果,总结了各方的得失成败。

| Abstract: | It was in 1949 that China underwent historical change.Basing on the comments by Mao Zhedong,the top leader of the Communist Party,the paper analyzes the main ideas,the process and the results of the military strategy of the Communist Party and Kuomintang in 1949.Also it summarizes the merits and demerits of each Party. |
