| Abstract: | This paper makes a review of the change of construction management mode for government invested projects,and a research is also made on the emerging centralized-agent construction mode for government invested projects.The practice of bureau of public works of Shenzhen Municipality is taken as the research object to investigate the investment control system,organization mode,the subject of liabilities of the projects and management regulations in order to provide some help for further study. |
