| 摘 要： | 本文基于非参数数据包络分析模型(DEA),以2003-2009年我国30个省市地区的面板数据为样本,对我国环保投资绩效水平进行评价,依据地区的环保投资绩效的评价结果和经济发达程度,划分了四类地区,并结合逐步回归分析方法,分别实证研究了四类地区环保投资绩效水平的主要影响因素,为各有侧重的提升地区环保投资绩效水平提供经验证据。

| Abstract: | A non-parametric data envelopment analysis(DEA) model is proposed to evaluate the synthetical efficiency of environmental protection investment,taking the Chinese provincial panel data in 2003 - 2008 as a case.Four types of region are made according to the environment investment performance and the economic development level,and the main factors affecting the environment investment efficiency of the provinces of the four regions are analysized with the stepwise regression approach respectively,which provides empirical evidence for enhancing the performance of the environment investment in different regions. |
