发达国家和新兴国家(地区)制造业发展现状研究

世界经济因工业化而进入高速发展期,制造业向来是各国经济的基础和发展引擎。自2007年第三季度起,特别是2008年下半年以来,受美国金融危机、世界经济下滑、国际市场不景气、世界油价及原材料价格起伏等因素影响,发达国家和新兴国家制造业发展趋缓;但在随后纷繁复杂的变化当中,发达国家和新兴国家制造业发展又出现许多新的亮点。围绕这些新的亮点,对当前发达国家和新兴国家制造业新技术、新产品和行业发展现状进行研究,总结发达国家和新兴国家促进制造业发展的政策,对正处于工业化中期的中国制造业发展能起到一定借鉴作用。

A Study on the Current Situation of Manufacturing in Developed Countries and Emerging Market Countries(Regions)

Thanks to industrialization,the global economy has entered a period of rapid development.The manufacturing industry has long been the engine and the basis of economic development in most countries.Since the third quarter of 2007,the latter half of 2008 in particular,manufacturing in developed countries and emerging market countries has slowed down due to many factors,including the US financial crisis,the slowdown of world economy,weak international markets,volatile price of oil and raw materials.At the same time,in the presence of those complicated situations,many positive changes have taken place in the development of manufacturing industry in both the developed countries and emerging market countries.This article aims at enlightening the development of China’s manufacturing industry which is in the course of industrialization by studying the new technologies,products and development of the manufacturing industry as well as the policies developed countries and emerging market countries have adopted to promote manufacturing development.
