| 摘 要： | 1959年西藏反动上层发动的武装叛乱，与美国政府插手西藏，特别是美国中央情报局在西藏的阴谋活动有着密切的关系。叛乱发生之前美国政府的种种阴谋破坏活动和叛乱发生之后美国政府与台湾当局的交涉内幕，则为世人今天更加深入地了解西藏问题的来龙去脉提供了鲜为人知的背景材料。
