| Abstract: | In this paper, over-all analyses on the difference and similarities in Chinese and foreign archives work are given, in regard to the managerial system, archives collection and utilization. Based on these analyses, the paper tries to find out the current problems in archives management in our country, and learn from advanced foreign modes so as to make further development in this respect. |
