"互动性"理论观照下的我国政府网站建设

近10年来,政府门户网站在世界各国飞速发展,中国亦不例外。但我国政府网站的建设不尽如人意,其主要不足之处在于互动性功能的缺失。回顾并梳理传播学领域“互动性”研究的理论和实证文献,为检视当前我国政府网站之发展提供了一个可操作化的设计架构。通过对我国政府网站互动性予以评价的系统方法,尝试构建一个适用于分析政府网站“互动性”的概念结构和操作化定义,以推进人们关于互联网传播机制的认知和理解。

Look at Development of Chinese Government Portal Websites from Interactivity Theory Perspective

The just past decade witnessed a rapid development of government portal website all over the world,and China is not an exception.However,the development of government portal websites in mainland China is not satisfactory,the absence of interactivity being the main disadvantage.The current research reviewed theoretical,as well as empirical documents on Interactivity research in communication studies.Using an example on content analysis of website's homepages as example,the authors provide an operational research design for examining Chinese government websites nowadays.The theoretical contribution of this research lies in our efforts to establish a conceptual construct and operational definition of Interactivity of government portal websites,so as to put forward individual's perception and understanding on the communicative mechanism of Interactivity of the Internet.
