| 摘 要： | 本文將從人性的特點、人性管理及相關的理論,通過封東西方文化背景下不同人性觀的分析,探討對人性管理概念的詮釋。筆者分析、歸纳,形成封人性管理的概念的理解和架構,從歷史過程來探討人性管理的本質和意義。目的是為了促進現代管理對人性的把握,體現對人的尊重,更好地用人性化的方式培養人們積極的人性特質。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to explore the hermeneutical meaning of the concept of people-oriented management by analyzing related theories on the traits of human nature and people-oriented management from the background of eastern and western cultures. After integrating and summarizing the hermeneutic essence and meanings of people-oriented management through historic incident, this paper formulates the conceptual framework of people-oriented management. The purpose is to enhance contemporary management encompassing the element of human nature, manifesting respect for a person as a human being and nourishing positively the peculiarity of man with a human approach. |
