| 摘 要： | 魏晋南北朝时期,汉族对外来文化表现了一种包融和吸取的精神,同时少数民族中的杰出人物也热衷于学习汉族先进文化,导致中原地区在政治制度、经济生活、礼仪风俗等各方面,都呈现出以汉族文化为主,对国内各少数民族和外来文化兼收并蓄的胡风现象.

| Abstract: | During the Southern and Northern Dynasties, Han people displayed a spirit of tolerance and assimilation to alien culture and, in the meantime, outstanding figures in ethnic minorities were also keen on learning advanced Han culture, contributing to the phenomenon of picking up cream and getting rid of dross as regards culture of domestic ethnic minorities and alien culture with Han people's culture as its center. |
