| 摘 要： | 本文揭示了思想政治教育预警机制的内涵及其功能,分析了建立高校思想政治教育预警机制的必要性：新时期信息化时代开展学生思想政治教育工作的需要、新时期管理育人工作任务的需要、新时期适应社会对人才需求目标下,开展思想政治教育工作的需要,探讨了构建高校思想政治教育预警机制的有效途径：构建学生思想政治教育工作预警系统干部管理队伍、建立院系多级监测网络系统,加强工作的针对性和实效性。
