| 摘 要： | 政治、经济因素导致了中国城乡"二元社会"的现状,也因此分立了我国的社会保障制度.文章通过分析这种状况的深层原因,强调社会分层与保障对城镇社会稳定的重要性,为我国社会保障制度的健康运行提供参考.
