| 摘 要： | 城市地下空间利用的损失补偿对象主要有地下空间、土地立体利用阻碍、残地与物件转移。我国的一些地方政府对地下空间价值的处理太简单,而且在方向上有错误。为了公共利益使用地下空间,对私人具有使用权的地表的利用造成阻碍时,因征收或使用一块土地的一部分而造成残地价格下跌或者其他与残地相关的损失时,转移原有物件产生损失时,必须给予补偿。
