城市静态交通问题及对策研究——以湖北省宜昌市为例

近年来,"车多场少"的问题已成为城市交通的突出矛盾,并影响城市发展。随着私家车拥有量的增长,这一矛盾将更加突出,解决城市"停车难"问题已迫在眉睫。从宜昌市静态交通的现状介绍着手,分析目前存在的问题及对城市发展的影响,并从制定专项规划、加强规划管理、落实公交优先战略、出台停车场管理措施、多元化投资建设停车场和立法管理违章停车六方面探讨解决问题的对策。

A Study of City Static Traffic Problem and the Countermeasures——Taking Yichang City as an Example

In recent years,with China's rapid economic growth,the process of urbanization speeds up and car ownership increases rapidly,however,the construction of car parking places and facilities in many urban public buildings,commercial centers and residential areas has lagged far behind the traffic demand.The problem of "too many cars with too few parking places" has become a prominent contradiction in urban transportation,and it hinders the urban development.With the growth of private car ownerships,this contradiction will be more prominent and it is urgent to solve this difficult problem.This paper starts from the introduction of the current situation of the static traffic in Yichang city,then analyzes the existing problems and the impact on urban development,and finally puts forward six corresponding solutions to this problem: to draw up specific plans;to strengthen planning and management;to implement bus priority strategy;to introduce car parking management system;to invest and construct car parking places by diversified means;to legislate and regulate wrong or illegal parking.
