正交试验法在光学系统公差设计中的应用

摘    要:本文为光学系统的公差制定提供了一种新方法,即用正交试验法合理地选择最优的公差组合,对象差进行补偿。此种方法制定的公差不仅指出了象差补偿的最佳公差趋向,而且为在满足成象要求的前提下放宽公差提供了可能。文章对参数的初始公差计算在松居法的基础上作了改进,阐述了应用正交试验法制定公差的前提及基本过程,并列举了一个三片型照相物镜的计算实例。

Abstract:This article presents a new method of optical tolerancing which can improve the qualty of a system and increase productive benefits. By means of the orthogonal-test method, some strict tolerances can be relaxed and aberrations compensated. Initial tolerances are first determined reasonably with the improvement of Songluetolerancing method. The orthogonal-test methodis used to produce a set of favorable tolerance combinations which makes an excellent compensation for aberration. The basicprinciple and primary processes of the new mew method are discussed in detail. A photo-objective is given to illustratethe tolerancing results.
