宽带光学增透膜的正交设计

摘    要:镀制多层宽带光学增透膜是改善镜头成象质量,提高光能透过率和协调彩色平衡的必要手段。本文采用二次设计原理,结合正交试验法编制膜系自动设计程序。设计结果表明不但光学性能优良,而且工艺稳定性好,从而可以利用误差来源多、控制精度低的设备镀制出高质量的膜系。文中详述了设计方法并给出程序框图和设计结果。

Abstract:It is necessary to coat the optical multilayer anti-reflection film to improve the quality of optical instruments. The automatic design program of film is made with the principle of two-step design and the orthogonal testing method.The design has proved to be highly satisfactory. It confirms the exceptionally good optical performance and technological stability. As a result, the ordinary coating machine can be used to coat high-quality films.Special mention is given here to the design, the program frame as well as the results of the design.
