活塞环组中润滑油膜边界条件的研究

摘    要:本文把不同的压力边界条件用于活塞环组润滑油膜的研究,提出了实现各种边界条件的数值计算方法,并将不同情况下膜厚计算值和实测值进行了比较。结果表明,从一个工作循环来看,活塞环组兼有充分润滑和贫油润滑状态下采用半Sommerfeld边界条件的膜厚计算值最接近实测值,且计算工作量也比其它边界条件的小一些。

Abstract:In this paper, different pressure boundary conditons are applied to the lubricating oil film in a piston ring pack. A variety of numerical methods are proposed and film thickness calculating values are compared with measuring values. The comparison demonstrates that in a complete working cycle,for a piston ring pack under both fully lubricating and starved lubricating condition, the calculating values of oil film thickness under half Sommerfeld's boundary condition are closest to the measuring values and it requires less computing work.
