三位一体研究生教育质量保障机制的构建

近年来,在研究生招生规模不断扩大的形势下,尽管我国研究生教育总体质量保持了稳定,但研究生生源质量下降,研究生的创新能力和外部适应性整体表现较差,这使得研究生教育质量也面临着严峻挑战。因此如何确保研究生教育质量引起社会的广泛关注。产生问题的原因是多方面的,在借鉴现在研究成果的基础上,从宏微观两个层面深入分析研究生教育质量的影响因素,构建学校自主、政府保障和社会监督三位一体的研究生教育质量保障机制。

Construction of Three-In-One's Safeguard Mechanism of Postgraduate Education Quality

The overall quality of postgraduate education has remained stable in the situation of expanding postgraduate enrollment in recent years,but the quality of source of postgraduate has declined,the innovation and the external adaptation have showed worse.These made the quality of postgraduate education also face serious challenges.So how to ensure the quality of postgraduate education has aroused extensive attention.As you know,the problem has many causes.Therefor the author analyzes the factors affecting the quality of postgraduate education from the macro and micro layers and constructs Three-In-One＇s safeguard Mechanism of Postgraduate Education quality,that is school autonomy,governmen safeguarding and social supervision,on the basis of current research.
