| 摘 要： | 党务工作者是党的干部队伍的重要组成部分。实现好党务工作者自身的先进性,是党组织对每一个党务工作者的基本要求。党务工作者要实现自身先进性,必须着力修身,实现自身建设的先进性;注重齐家,力求家庭教育的先进性;从严治党,实现本单位党组织的先进性;凝聚人心,推进本地本单位各项工作的先进性。

| Abstract: | As Party workers are important elements on the Party staff,to achieve advancedness is a basic requirement the Party has for each of them.To accomplish this aim,they must make efforts to complete four tasks, namely,self-cultivating,family regulating,strictly administering the Party and learning to bind people so that advancedness can be achieved at different levels. |
