改革开放以来上海历次战略大讨论研究

改革开放后,1984年启动的"上海经济发展战略研究"、1994年前后进行的"迈向21世纪的上海"等战略大讨论和研究,对引领上海城市发展发挥了重大作用。尽管背景不同、问题不同,研究的侧重点也有所不同,但历次战略大讨论的战略定位和目标趋向是一以贯之、一脉相承的;而研究的方法、理论和特色则是不断推陈出新、不断接近国际化范式。上海的城市发展思路在群策群力的讨论和研究中,逐步得到明晰、完善和升华。回顾总结历次战略大讨论,无论从理论上还是实践上,对于当前上海未来30年发展战略研究都具有重要的借鉴意义。

Research on Previous Strategic Discussions in Shanghai since the Reform and Opening up

After the reform and opening up, strategic discussions and researches such as Research on Strategies of Economic Development in Shanghai initiated in 1984, Shanghai： the City Moving to the 21st Century started in around 1994 have played important roles in leading the development of Shanghai. In spite of different backgrounds, issues and focuses of researches, strategic positioning and goals of them have been all the same, while research methods, theories and features have been constantly adapted to approach the international paradigms. With collective wisdom and efforts, strategies of development of Shanghai have been cleared, improved and distilled in these discussions and researches. Review summary of previous strategic discussions, either in theory or in practice, it is an important reference for the next 30 years＇s development strategic research of Shanghai.
