| 摘 要： | 钢铁工业是国民经济的基础产业,也是实现工业化的支柱产业,并与环境保护密切相关。新中国成立以来,在不同时期,面对不同的发展环境和钢铁工业生产能力,中共中央对钢铁工业发展的思想和实践也与时俱进,不断发展与创新。从优先发展重工业、"钢铁挂帅"到技术和资本引进、利用两个市场,再到淘汰落后产能、实现科学发展,每个时期中央都对钢铁工业的发展做出了艰辛探索和巨大贡献,并成为新中国实现现代化、建设工业强国的重要指导思想,从而也成为中国道路内涵的重要组成部分。
