| 摘 要： | 大学生“就业难”问题已凸现,从内因来说,传统的择业观念严重干扰着大学生的择业与就业。研究大学生就业特别是他们的择业观念是高校、社会的重要课题。文章通过调查研究,从实证角度描述了大学生择业观念的现状,剖析了大学生择业观念的特点,提出了大学生择业观念调适的建议。

| Abstract: | At present, employment assumes a major concern of university students. Intrinsically, the university students traditional views on employment have generated much impact on their choice of a job and on their employment. University students ' employment and specially their attitude toward employment have now become a important research project. Based on an investigation, university students attitude towards employment is empirically described. In this paper, university students attitude on job selection is analyzed and suggestions on university students adjustment to their attitude are proposed. |
