| 摘 要： | 经济矛盾是构成一切经济活动发生、发展的基本要素。层次性作为经济矛盾的一个基本特征,是运用矛盾分析法解决现实经济问题的过程中需要把握的重要方面。这次美国金融危机的爆发,是不同层次经济矛盾综合作用的结果:从社会制度层次上看,危机根源于资本主义基本矛盾;从运行机制层次上看,则是由于过度的金融衍生所导致的虚拟经济与实体经济严重脱节;从微观的市场主体行为层次上看,原因在于市场交易中信用的软约束。
