| 摘 要： | 在生态危机及环境恶化的压力下，低耗能的绿色建筑具有非常广阔的前景。通过对绿色建筑概念的界定和美国、英国、加拿大等国绿色建筑发展历程及评价体系的畅述与分析，针对我国绿色建筑目前所遇到的技术支撑力度不够、相关激励政策和法律法规有待进一步完善等实际问题，提出了建立区域绿色建筑节能数据库系统和加快绿色建筑立法等尝试性建议，希望能为中国绿色建筑的可持续发展起到促进作用。
