| 摘 要： | 推进中国的社会主义法治进程,必先造就一支能够支撑中国法治发展的法律职业者队伍,法律职业准入制度由此占据了我国法治国家建构的核心与基础地位。本文通过对两大法系主要国家(德、法、日、英、美)法律职业准入制度的比较分析,在借鉴的基础上提出了对我国法律职业准入制度建构与完善的几点构想。

| Abstract: | To push forward the rule of law in socialist China, it is necessary to build up a contingent of legal professionals. Therefore the permission system of the occupation of law plays the kernel role in the structure of the government of law. This paper makes a comparative study of the permission systems among the principal countries of the two legal systems, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct and improve the permission system in China. |
