企业人才资源工作满意度分析

摘    要:通过对企业人才资源工作特点的分析,发现人才资源是企业的核心资源,在企业中起着举足轻重的作用.然而在现阶段,我国企业人才资源的工作满意度状况不是十分乐观,企业给予人才资源工作满意度方面存在严重问题.只有寻求切实可行的办法才能从根本上提高企业人才资源的工作满意度.

Abstract:In this article,through the analysis to the trait of enterprise talents' resource task,we found that the talents' resource is the core resource in enterprise.In the meantime,it plays a decisive role.But now,the degree of satisfaction condition to enterprise tal-ents' resource task is not optimistic in our country.There are a lot of acute problems,especially in the aspect,which the enterprise gives to the degree of satisfaction condition in talents' resource task.Therefore,if we want to improve the contest of enterprise talents' resource task,only we should seek some manners which must be really realistic.
