| 摘 要： | 目前，国内地方普通高校在人才培养方面存在一些认识上的误区，严重制约了创新人才的培养，加强对实践教学环节的管理迫在眉睫。本文在分析国内地方普通高校实践教学中存在问题的基础上，从实践教学计划、实践基地、实践教学师资和实践教学考核体系方面，分析了构建利于创新人才培养的地方普通高校实践教学监控与评价体系的具体措施。
